Your home will be marketed in today's most effective advertising methods. Internet ads are most effective when done correctly. I have that ability, and I will prove it.

Old methods of selling homes: Open houses for the first few weeks and newspaper ads, Post cards to your neighborhood telling themyour home is priced way too high. (Not efective.)

New Marketing: Internet ads in e flyer forms on every search engine and website that is known to mankind. And (of course), Open house as often and consistantly as possible.

  • Send the seller links to all the online advertising, including Realtor.com, Craislist.com, Poslets.com, and my own blog.
  • Send the seller a copy of the home brochure before it is printed so she/he can critique it.
  • Send the seller a “state of the market” report showing competing listings – and update it every week.
  • Confer after the first showing and find out if the seller had any questions or concerns.

    I will also give you a say in how much you pay me for selling your home.
